AgSmart expo - Ticket FAQs

 Q. What is AgSmart?

A. AgSmart is the first national agricultural new technology and innovation commercial event, staged in regional Australia.

Q. When is AgSmart?

A. Wednesday and Thursday, 9 and 10 March.

Q. Where is AgSmart?

A. Held indoors and outdoors at the Tamworth Regional Entertainment & Conference Centre (TRECC), 6 kilometres from the Tamworth CBD, located off the New England Highway heading to Sydney on Greg Norman Drive.

Q. What time does AgSmart start?

A. From 9am to 5pm daily. Please present your online ticket QR code at the front entrance via your smart phone or printed ticket confirmation with QR code.

Q. What time can I purchase tickets at the event?
A. From 9am to 2pm daily. Tickets available at the front counter at the venue, please exercise physical distancing when queuing. Follow compliance signage. We recommend you purchase your tickets online, even if you are present at the venue, go to www.agsmartexpo.com.au

Q. What is the cost of tickets?
A. If you pre-purchase your tickets online it will cost $6 including GST and credit card surcharge. If you purchase at the venue it will cost $8 including GST and credit card surcharge. There is a limit placed on visitor capacity at the venue. Please purchase your ticket as soon as you can, to avoid disappointment.

Q. Do you have concession tickets for the event?
A. The ticket price is set at a low cost and is tax deductible. We do not have concession tickets. Seniors, Children 12 years and over and other concession holders are the same cost as an Adult. Children 11 years and under are free. Your event ticket includes free access to the Seminar Sessions from 10am to 4pm daily. *Free AgSmart Official Guides available upon entry. Car parking is free.

Q. Do I need to add the names of the Group ticket holders on my tickets?
A. Yes, under compliance and security, there is a requirement for the primary ticket purchaser to add the first name and last name of the ticket holder in the Group multi-tickets purchased, along with contact email which can be your email address.

Q. If I have a ticket query, what do I do?
A. Please contact us via email, send your question to events.tickets@austcommunitymedia.com.au or phone the Ticket Hotline on 1300 658 305

Q. Do you send out physical tickets in the mail?
A. No. Our system is fully electronic and automated, eliminating the need to send tickets via regular post. Once payment has been made, an e-ticket is sent immediately to your registered e-mail address which you may print out and bring with you to the expo.

Q. I dont have a printer, can I show my ticket using my smart phone?
A. Yes! If you have a copy of your e-ticket on your phone, our event staff can scan your ticket directly from the screen. To ensure efficient processing at the event, please make sure you zoom in to show the full QR code on your screen from your ticket.

Q. I did not receive my e-ticket?
A. As soon as your booking is complete, please allow 5-20 minutes for your ticket confirmation email to arrive. It will be emailed to your nominated address. The ticket QR code is in your email and must be presented at the event, to enable you to gain entry. If you did not receive this email, please check your Junk or Spam folder. Often email systems incorrectly mark these emails as junk and they do not end up in your inbox.

Q. I checked my Junk/Spam folder and still cant find my ticket?
A. If you have checked your Junk folder and still cant see your ticket confirmation email, or have lost the email, you may retrieve your ticket QR code by sending a request to the Ticket enquiry email, events.tickets@austcommunitymedia.com.au, to resend ticket confirmation, or for you to log in via the link which is emailed with the ticket receipt.

Q. I have followed the instructions on this FAQ but still am unable to access my tickets?
A. Please click the Ticket enquiry email, events.tickets@austcommunitymedia.com.au and state your request, one of our team will get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively you can contact us at Ticket Hotline 1300 658 305.

Q. Where do I go to find out who is exhibiting and what is happening at the event?
A. You can check the official event program online at www.agsmartexpo.com.au or purchase a copy of The Land newspaper on Thursday 24 February which carries the AgSmart 2022 Official Program. *Limited copies will be available for free hand-out at the event over the two days, Wednesday and Thursday, 9 and 10 March.
