The Education Expo and Rural Relief Hub have been designed with farmers in mind.
This year AgQuip organisers are proud to introduce the Education Expo and an expanded Rural Relief Hub.
The first – the Education Expo is designed to provide a focus and opportunity for all farming families and anyone interested to learn about the pathways through professional agricultural education for the next generation of agriculture. There are a number of dedicated education exhibitors located across the site and in the new the Education Expo in Pavilion 2, AA-BB/09-10.

The second addition to AgQuip 2022 is the Rural Relief hub which includes several rural and regional support organisations that provide an opportunity to highlight and share some lifesaving preventative health and safety information, general health, welfare and funding relief.
There will be The Salvation Army Rural Chaplains, Angel Flight Australia, OzHarvest, Conservation Volunteers and Black Dog Institute on the Aon stand, Carers NSW, Centracare NENW, CWA, HealthWISE & the University of Newcastle, Lifequip Christian Ministries, New England Family Support & Mazda Drought Recovery Project, Men’s Health Educational Rural Van (MERV), Red Cross Parents & Nursing Mothers Room, Ronald McDonald House, Royal Far West, and Old McDonalds Farm to entertain the children – and more.
Ms Nugent said the creation of the Education Centre and the Rural Relief hub was in response to our need to offer quality education and agri-career pathways for our future farmers and show ongoing support to our farming families and rural communities.
“Both elements offer a change of pace, a place where the primary industry and professionals of the land can gather to promote and share common interests. Because AgQuip attracts farmers from a wide area, it is a unique opportunity to talk to them to ensure they are aware of the support that is available to them when the times get tough – and look forward with a great sense of optimism of what can be through further education.”
AgQuip 2022, sponsored by Aon, runs Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 16 to 18 August, 8 kilometres west of Gunnedah on Black Jack Road with new opening time at 8:30am daily.
