Gunnedah Shire Council is more than proud to sponsor the AgQuip Field Days in its golden anniversary year.

For 50 years, AgQuip has been held in the heart of agricultural country – Gunnedah Shire.

As well as being the home of AgQuip, Gunnedah is the site of golden canola, wheat and sunflowers, and a diverse range of crops that change with the seasons. We have a thriving business sector and a strong and growing community. We have open spaces, great shops and skies that go on forever.

It’s the perfect place for one of the biggest agricultural events in the Southern Hemisphere - at the meeting place of two highways, but far enough from the big smoke to breathe the country air.
