Conditions Of Entry

The Event Organiser encourages washing your hands regularly, physical distancing and if feeling unwell wearing a mask and/or returning home.

The Event Organiser reserves the right, with reasonable cause, to refuse entry or remove any person without entitlement to a refund, including any person who causes a disturbance, or refuses to comply with reasonable requests made by the Event Organiser or Official Authorities.

The Event Organiser reserves the right to ask you to present any bags or parcels carried by you for inspection and to ask for proof of purchase or receipt for items carried.

You must comply with any reasonable directions given by the Event Organiser, its Security and Official Authorities which may include searches of clothing and possessions and prohibition of certain items such as knives, umbrellas, glass, illegal items, vehicles or other transportation devices (except as required because of a disability or the aged), alcohol and items which may cause nuisance or danger.

No pets permitted at any time during the event. With the exception of guide dogs or assistance animals for the vision impaired, service dogs for medical or disability requirements and animals approved by the Event Organiser involved in official demonstrations and displays.

No E-Bikes or E-Scooters

All children attending the event must be under the supervision of an adult guardian at all times.

Smoking is not permitted within the static display grid.

Persons gaining unauthorised access to the event may be liable for prosecution.

The Event Organiser and Exhibitors reserve the right to cancel, withdraw, postpone or reschedule any displays or presentations at the event.

The Event Organiser and/or its representative will be taking promotional photography and videos at this event for promotional purposes. Visitors and exhibitors who do not wish to be photographed or filmed at the event should advise the photographer or camera person. Unless expressly stated otherwise, visitors and exhibitors grant the Event Organiser a perpetual, royalty-free license to use their name, likeness, image, voice, and entry submission (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) across all media channels without remuneration for promotional and publicity activities related to the event. Photographs taken at the event by the Event Organiser and/or its representative may be used on social media websites, on the Event Organiser’s websites and other social and news media. Photographs and video may also be used within promotional material such as newspaper advertisements, TV commercials and promotional material.

Unless authorised by the Event Organiser in writing, you must not conduct any commercial, political, soliciting, promotional, performance, surveying, canvassing or demonstration activity at the event, nor collect contributions or distribute any material.

The Event Organiser and its employees, contractors or agents will not be liable for any injury, loss, theft or damage suffered by you in connection with the event and the venue.

Privacy

All personal information is collected subject to the Australian Community Media (ACM) Privacy Policy. All personal information held by the Event Organiser will be governed by the most recently updated policy published on the Event Organiser’s website, with any updates effective as of the date of publication. From time to time, the Event Organiser may review and update this policy, including taking account of new or amended laws, new technology and/or changes to the Event Organiser’s operations. The primary purpose for which the Event Organiser collects information about you is to enable the Event Organiser to perform their business activities and functions and to provide the best possible quality of customer experience. The Privacy Policy applies to all online ticket purchases. 

General

In this Contract, unless the context requires otherwise:

“Event Organiser” wherever appearing includes Agricultural Publishers Pty Limited (Trading as Australian Community Media) ABN 55 000 560 430 its employees, agents and contractors;

“Official Authorities” means any court, tribunal, government minister, department, statutory authority, regulatory body, or law enforcement agency having jurisdiction over the relevant party, transaction, or subject matter under applicable Australian Commonwealth, State, or Territory law.
