Application - Returning (2024) Exhibitors

Those who exhibited at Elders FarmFest 2024 will be emailed their unique pre-filled application form.

BUMP IN

FarmFest bump-in will commence from 7.00am on Monday, 26 May. Your exhibitor vehicle passes will be available for collection from Tuesday, 27 May at FarmFest Headquarters. Headquaters opening hours are from 7.30 am till 5.30pm.

LIFTING SERVICE INFORMATION

For bump-in and bump-out purposes, a lifting service including crane, forklift, telehandler and tractor will be made available free of charge to exhibitors subject to terms and conditions of use. An authorised and competent company representative is appointed to coordinate the lifting service on the exhibitor’s behalf. Lifting service equipment must only be operated by ACM Contracted employees. No lifting equipment (ie Forklifts, Cranes & Tractors) are available for use by the public or exhibitors. Bookings can only be made on site in person at FarmFest Headquarters on B/19 at our Field Services counter. Lifting Service bookings can only be taken on the day no more than two (2) hours prior to the lift booking request. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Cranes, forklifts, telehandlers and tractors are available for unloading or loading purposes only. Please note: This free service is not available for assembly. A time limit of up to 30 minutes typically applies at peak times. If you require additional time, your on-site company representative is responsible for re-booking at Headquarters.
