No, you cannot bring these items to the event.

getting around

FREE Shuttle Bus:
The AgQuip Shuttle Bus, will be available to help visitors navigate around the car parks and the site. This free service will stop at major road junctions as well as offering a ‘hail and ride’ service.  If you see it, stop it and jump on.  This service is limited to older visitors and those with a genuine need. Children will only be able to ride if accompanied by an adult.

For all information, free sunscreen, special requests or any assistance, please visit the team at AgQuip HQ, located on-site at Y-Z/21.


First aid

St John Ambulance is located outside the Pavilion (AA-BB/09-10).


food and drinks

Did you know that the world's best steak sandwiches are served at AgQuip? There are a number of great food vendors, local producers and more ready to serve you a delicious treat while you wander or take a break. All food courts, kiosks and cafes are open daily from 9am to 5pm. 


MOBILITY SCOOTER HIRE

To hire a scooter at AgQuip, it is preferred to book online prior to attending the event. Contact Show Lockers to make a booking enquiry by CLICKING HERE.

You will be able to select your scooter and select which day you will be attending. The booking will be completed by making payment via a credit card, and a confirmation email will be sent to you. 

If you would like to hire on the day, walk up to the stand located at Gate 11 and have payment ready (card or cash) and your identification (a driver’s licence will be held as a deposit until the scooter is returned). 

 

Golf Cart Hire

To hire a Golf Cart at AgQuip it is advised to call DTM Golf Carts on 02 6762 2606 and select the day/s you will be attending.

DTM Golf Carts will be operating during AgQuip from Gate 11.


Parents’ room

A Parents’ Room is provided by Gunnedah Red Cross and is located in the Pavilion (AA-BB/09-10).
