Giveaway Terms & Conditions (NSW) - Agquip x APB

Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Rural Press Pty Ltd (ABN: 47 000 010 382) in collaboration with Australian Performance Boxes (ABN: 39 644 030 946) ("the Promoters").

Promotion Period

The promotion commences on Tuesday 21st July at 5pm 2026 AEST and closes at 12pm on Monday 10th August 2026 AEST. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

  • Employees of the Promoters, their immediate family members, and any agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

How to Enter

To receive one (1) entry, participants must during the Promotion Period:

  • Like the official giveaway post.

  • Follow both @agquip and @apboxes.

  • Tag one (1) friend in the comments on the giveaway post.

Each additional friend tagged in a separate comment constitutes one (1) additional valid entry. There is no limit to the number of comment entries, provided each tag is a different person and genuine.

Prize

The winner will receive:

  • 2 x Single Entry Tickets to AgQuip 2026 Event

  • 1 x 800mm half dog box in black from Australian Performance Boxes (Valued at $1749.00) The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random electronic draw.

  • The draw will take place on Monday 10th August at 4pm.

  • The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within two (2) business days of the draw.

  • The winner's first name and suburb/state may also be published on the Promoters' social media pages.

Prize Collection

The prize must be collected in person at AgQuip 2026 on August 18th - 20th 2026.

The Promoters will not post, courier or deliver the prize.

The winner is responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodation and any costs associated with collecting the prize. Valid photo identification may be required when collecting the prize.

If the winner is unable to collect the prize at the event, the prize will be forfeited unless the Promoters, at their absolute discretion, agree otherwise.

Unclaimed Prize

If:

  • the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours; or

  • the winner does not claim or collect the prize as required, the Promoters reserve the right to conduct a redraw on Thursday 13th August 2026 from the remaining eligible entries.

Entry Conditions

The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who:

  • submits an entry that is incomplete or misleading;

  • uses automated entry methods;

  • tampers with the entry process; or

  • acts in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or contrary to these Terms and Conditions.

Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used solely for administering this promotion and contacting the winner. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoters' respective privacy policies and applicable Australian privacy laws.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or the acceptance or use of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

If the promotion cannot proceed due to events beyond the Promoters' reasonable control, the Promoters reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable laws.
