Ticket Pricing

Adult: $12.50

Children (12 years - 17 years): $12.50

Children (11 years and under): Free

Senior/Pensioner: $12.50

Family Pass (2 adults + 2 child 12 - 17yrs): $38

Discounts are available for multiple days.

Group Ticket | Bus with minimum 20 passengers | Group includes passengers, drivers, and carers. $250 for a Group Ticket

School Ticket (12 years and over) Group includes students, teachers and driver, students to be in uniform. Free of charge.

There are four entry points to this year’s event at Gates 2 (Northern car park), 4, 5 & 6 (Southern car park).

Ticket purchases by cash and credit card can be made at Gates 2, 5 & 6.

Gate 4 will be credit card and prepayment only.

Car parking is free and gates open at 7:30 am daily.

For anyone who has pre-purchased a ticket online, please present your smartphone with the QR

code at the ticket booths. You can pick up a free copy of the Elders FarmFest 2025 Official

Guide, published by Queensland Country Life, at the gates and the event HQ.

Public opening times of the event are Tuesday and Wednesday, 3 and 4 June, from 8:30 am to

4:30 pm and on Thursday, 5 June from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
