Elders FarmFest gets underway this Tuesday, launching three days of big bargains, big machines, free giveaways and celebrations marking 51 years of Queensland’s favourite field day, with organisers providing easier site access and encouraging all attendees to download the official FarmFest App to help visitors make the most of their time.

A serendipitous auction purchase has not only helped assist rural producers in times of need but also ensured the grounds of the vast Elders FarmFest site will remain in tip-top shape. 

Jack Paff knows tractors. With five of them already under his belt, he can tell the difference between a machine that works and a salesman who talks.

So when he headed to Elders FarmFest last year, he wasn't looking for a flashy sales pitch, he was after a tractor that would perform at his Muirlea property and a dealer who knew what they were talking about.

Supported by some of Australia's leading agricultural drone companies, the area (located on the AA row) will showcase the latest innovations in drone technology and its role in the future of agriculture.

Fleckvieh Cattle - Dual Purpose Presentation

Karyn Cassar and Carissa Wolfe, both qualified trainers and assessors, have presented introductions and training for the beef and dairy industries, across every age-group and experience, for more than 20 years.  They co-own and -manage Benmar Farm Pty Ltd which has included a dairy, stud and commercial beef, agri-tourism, and on-farm training.
